Thirsty Buddha & The David Suzuki Foundation

As part of our membership with One Percent For The Planet, Thirsty Buddha has pledged to donate 1% of its sales accrued in 2013 to four charities that work to help the world– including both the people who inhabit it and the state of the environment in general. The first charity we are working with is none other than The David Suzuki Foundation!

As a Canadian company, Thirsty Buddha is excited to be contributing part of our one percent donation to this wonderful Canadian organization. The David Suzuki Foundation seeks to work in cooperation with Canadian businesses and various levels of government to increase sustainability and promote environmental conservation.

Specifically, the foundation has a number of goals that are in keeping with Temple Lifestyle’s values as a company, including establishing responsible and sustainable business practices that allow for economic growth without sacrificing the resources of our beautiful planet.
