Thirsty Buddha

Breakfast Criminals & Coconut Water

There’s nothing we love quite as much as a good smoothie recipe. Smoothies are the quintessential food that encapsulate all of Thirsty Buddha’s daily credos: health, practicality, fitness and balance. They couldn’t be easier to throw together, they can always be different depending on what you’re tossing into your blender, they’re the perfect pre and post- workout pick-me up and as far as healthy options go, they’re as good as it gets!

Because we worship at the altar of smoothie, we are constantly looking for new ways to spice up our daily fix with new combinations. What we’ve discovered in our health and fitness journey is that when it comes to smoothies, no one does it like Breakfast Criminals! Not only are they making beautiful drinks that could easily be viral photos on Instagram and Pinterest, they always use the best products, including coconut water!

Here are a few of our favorite recipes from the smoothie experts at Breakfast Criminals, all of which use coconut water! Get out your Thirsty Buddha cans and tetra paks and get to trying these out for your next blended concoction!
